Force Light 20AT Articulated Telescopic Aerial Work Platform

Perfect equipment for light vehicles

We present the proposal for the double articulated aerial platform with a telescopic boom FORCELIFT 20AT, fixed to the chassis of small vehicles. High quality steel structure. Above the sub-chassis is the base that supports the structure.

Boom support turret

In steel sheet, it consists of a folded main body and electro-welded reinforcements. It is installed on the base that supports the structure.

Rotation

Rotation is guaranteed by the base assembly, hydraulic motor and worm screw, with a maximum of 7 turns in each direction of rotation.

Double pantograph bar group

Allows the reduction of the installation width, a distribution of stabilizing loads allows overcoming obstacles between the equipment and the work area. The two articulated bars are the connecting elements between the rotating turret and the main telescopic boom.
Operational boom
Boom in tubular execution, with a working area from -25° to +70° based on the horizontal. All electrical conductors and hydraulic pipes are located inside the boom, therefore, there are no external elements that can be damaged due to impacts or collisions against obstacles during the various work phases.

Basket leveling

System with mechanical leveling bar, activated together with the articulated boom of the platform.

Controls

Structure: controls located at the base and in the basket, manufactured with electro-hydraulic distributor sensitized at the base and electric buttons in the basket (both with levers protected against accidental actions). Electric hour meter in the vehicle cabin.

Hydraulic system power supply

Power supply with hydraulic pump coupled to the truck’s PTO (or with electromagnetic clutch), with control in the cabin, with luminous insertion LED in the appropriate box located on the vehicle panel. In case of lack of predisposition for the insertion of the PTO in the vehicle, it is possible to install an autonomous unit with a thermal engine (with gasoline or diesel power supply) or a 230 V-50 Hz electric motor and relative hydraulic pump (according to the request, the appropriate gasoline/diesel 220 V-0 Hz-3 kW current generator can be supplied).
