TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

Controles de cesto 100% hidráulicos para garantir a máxima confiabilidade e permitir grande precisão nos movimentos.
• Para uma vida útil mais longa e garantida do sistema hidráulico, todos os controles comutáveis pelo cesto e todas as mangueiras hidráulicas posicionadas dentro das lanças que chegam ao distribuidor na torre trabalham em baixa pressão de 25 Bar.
• Controles de emergência do solo.
• Os controles totalmente hidráulicos permitem 2 movimentos simultâneos e proporcionam mais sensibilidade nas manobras progressivas e graduais em relação aos controles eletro-hidráulicos. Os controles totalmente hidráulicos estão livres de qualquer dano aos componentes elétricos causados por tempo chuvoso, umidade, uso frequente, etc.
– As válvulas de bloqueio são montadas diretamente em cada cilindro hidráulico.
• Controla alavancas com retorno automático em posição de repouso. Os movimentos de toda a plataforma são ativados por alavancas, respectivamente posicionadas nos seguintes painéis de controle:
– cesto: placa
de controle da plataforma – torre: placa de controle da plataforma apenas

Euroflag 45 Firefighting can be equipped with a piping system to convey the water required for operations from the base of the chassis to the monitor or to the connection outlet in the nacelle.

The configuration can be customized; the standard version consists of:

– inlet connection: 2 x 4″ connections one on each side on the rear of the machine

– outlet connection: 2x connections on the rear, one on each side
– stainless steel and/or aluminum piping through the frame to the base of the turret
– hydraulic coupling with continuous rotation
– quick exhaust and anti-suck valve
– pressure relief valve (12 bar)
– high-strength rubber hoses for connection at joints
– 80 mm aluminum telescopic pipeline with seals at the side of the telescopic boom
– fixed aluminum pipeline alongside the secondary arm
– Electronically controlled monitor (*) with rotation and pivoting

Euroflag 45 is equipped with an electronic control system that connects all the hydraulic actuators and control systems necessary for the safety and movement of the machine using the latest available technology.

The control system is based on a series of electronic control units with communication in CAN BUS technology that take care of the logical management of the machine.

The management system receives from the control systems located in the various points of the machine the signals necessary to establish the geometric and load configuration of the machine in order to control and sequence the movements with the necessary degree of safety.

The control panels in the turret and in the nacelle are identical and replicate all the controls.

The three displays on the ground in the turret and in the nacelle are identical and provide all the information necessary for the safe operation and control of the machine.

The machine is equipped with a control bypass system for emergency operation, the standard equipment includes a hand pump for emergency functions.
