• Para uma vida útil mais longa e garantida do sistema hidráulico, todos os controles comutáveis pelo cesto e todas as mangueiras hidráulicas posicionadas dentro das lanças que chegam ao distribuidor na torre trabalham em baixa pressão de 25 Bar.
• Controles de emergência do solo.
• Os controles totalmente hidráulicos permitem 2 movimentos simultâneos e proporcionam mais sensibilidade nas manobras progressivas e graduais em relação aos controles eletro-hidráulicos. Os controles totalmente hidráulicos estão livres de qualquer dano aos componentes elétricos causados por tempo chuvoso, umidade, uso frequente, etc.
– As válvulas de bloqueio são montadas diretamente em cada cilindro hidráulico.
• Controla alavancas com retorno automático em posição de repouso. Os movimentos de toda a plataforma são ativados por alavancas, respectivamente posicionadas nos seguintes painéis de controle:

By remote control with 5 mt wires:

– proportional movements of translation with double speed
– visual control of each single outrigger
– possibility to use the remote control on the basket and at the ground
– control of engine RPM to increase the maximum translation speed
– engine start and stop from the remote control
– possibility to lift the telescopic boom to increase the slope edge when loading or unloading from the truck

Interlock outriggers-boom: Outriggers block when the boom is not in rest position + Boom block when outriggers are not completely stabilised.
No need of any device to limit lateral outreach (100% SAFE): the operator can safely move within the whole working area with no need of any specific device that limits movements. Thanks to special design of our model, EVERY working position you can reach with the basket is ALWAYS inside the safe working area.
Emergency hand pump allows every movement in case the main pump is damaged, it allows the return of the boom and outriggers in rest position; under truck flat battery condition.
All movements are obtained through hydraulic double-acting jacks with double effect safety valves checking both the oil inlet and outlet from the cylinder.
